Asus India — Misbehavior of Asus service engineer

Hello there

As I bought a laptop but it does not work well so I request for service time passes but I didn't get any call or msg from service engineer at Last I call the help centre and then they said that they visit in few days, I think it's fine ok but the service engineer is very bad he misbehaving with us I did complaint of service engineer to Asus helpline but no change still misbehaving with us and told us " Jisko jo kehne hai kehde" what a behaviour of that service engineer please help us for better service provider not like that service engineer.
