Dear sir is ma max m2 device user I am facing problem since when i update my device to 0.73 fota update after update it work smoothly some days but after some days it suddenly switch off and i tried to switch on, but it did not it becomes useless i wont be able to use my device anymore since May 2020 plz sir help me it was not falt from my site it was a software issue thought fota update ... provide by the asus company Sir plz help me to ... Make usable my device again ..

My name is bhupandra singh bhadoriya from ashoknagar m.p . Requesting for procedure to file consumer complaint and need assistance on complaining on asus repair center, Indore,
issue : mobile becomes dead after update asus provide software and service center not repair it
reply from asus : they agreed that that there is a fault in mobile update software which can cause damages but they not provide services to repair it or refund my money back
I complained asus but they keep forwarding my mail to other departments but no responses.
There is no nodal officer for asus repair center to escalate. please advise what i should do now
