Asus India — phone is dead -asus max pro m2

5 months down the line and 2nd time i visited the service center.
1st time os issue, 2nd time phone is dead and they have to replace the motherboard.

Phone given to service center bangalore f1 solutions 30th sept 2019. Till today they havent fixed the phone not they replace the phone. It is under warranty and it is the worst service after sales from asus.

I hope this message is seen by dinesh sharma.

Shishank - did not transfer the call to manager to speak to (Kunal)

What more to say about this??? Worst asus.
They are wasting the customer money and with not a single shame on holding the responsibility.
