Asus India — SSD storage mismatch

I have recently bought Asus TUF F16 laptop with 512 GB SSD with preinstalled Windows 11 home software. However, the SSD total storage displayed as per window's application is only 447 GB. While checking in the internet, we got to know that, manufacturer is considering 1000 MB as 1 GB whereas normally 1024 MB is considered as 1 GB (binary conversion).

This was not mentioned clearly anywhere in the product description.
As per Consumer ACT 2019, Section 2 (28) & (47), " Misleading advertisement" & "Unfair trade practice", this can be considered as unfair trade practice
