Subject: Complaint Regarding Asus TUF A17 Gaming Laptop

From the beginning, the laptop has had several problems, including frequent overheating. Despite taking all necessary precautions, the system consistently runs hot, even under moderate use. This overheating issue has not only impacted performance but has also caused discomfort during use.

Recently, the laptop has completely frozen, rendering it unusable. I have tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, including hard resets and attempting to boot into Safe Mode, but the system remains unresponsive. This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the laptop's specifications and intended use for gaming and high-performance tasks.
As a customer who has trusted Asus for reliable and quality devices, this experience has been deeply disappointing.
