Asus India — Unfair service and overcharge

I have a asus vivobook sn -n5n0cv01j355199 i had charging issue so had to visit rajajinagar asus service centre, they quoted 8600/- initial amount saying it is damaged due short circuit .Then after few days they say adaptor is not working then say it will cost 3400/-, totalling the cost 12000/- which when i enquired they said its due different units had to be replaced and didn't even provide itemized bill justifying the repair
