Asus — No reply from service center or mails

I submitted my handset for mic repair on 14 Sep 2015 to ASUS service center at Bhubaneswar. Its been more than 14 days and I still have no solution from their end. I have written to ASUS twice and still waiting for some one to respond. The service center at Bhuwaneswar, Shahid Market, is worst and chaired by most unprofessional people. Can you guys help me out, as I see no solution to this problem.
