I received a call from Mr. Thakur from ATOZSHOPPINGHUB.com on 12th Jan 2017 that I have been selected one of customers for free Gift and have to do shopping worth Rs. 3000/-. I asked him to drop a mail, then he sent a mail as

Then I purchased 2 products wroth 3702/- online vide Order ID[protected] dt.13/01/2017, and payment transfer through net banking. He assured to dispatch with free LAPTOP (DELL I5) on 15th, then18th, then 20th, 24th, then 28th, then 1.2.2017, then 8, 2, 2017, then 10.2.2017, but now they switched off customer care no.[protected] mentioned on site.

Please advice what to do with this kind of persons????
should they be punished with high penality??
