I have purchased a half annual subscription for broadband. After 2 months i have shifted to a new location. As per the promises made by the ACT people, they agreed to provide instant service for the same. Now it has been 2 weeks since I am raising ticket for relocation but From their side there is no response. They are closing all the tickets without any resolution made. If i contact customer care they are giving false promises of providing services. I want my refund back in this. Kindly help in this Was this information helpful? |
