No response from ACT for relocation of broadband

I have purchased a half annual subscription for broadband. After 2 months i have shifted to a new location. As per the promises made by the ACT people, they agreed to provide instant service for the same. Now it has been 2 weeks since I am raising ticket for relocation but From their side there is no response. They are closing all the tickets without any resolution made. If i contact customer care they are giving false promises of providing services. I want my refund back in this. Kindly help in this

On 21st October, I had paid for ACT Fibernet Broadband. I have opted for the half yearly payment mode and had done the amount of Rs 8390 as well. I have also received the receipt for the same.
On 26th October, I received a call from one of the representatives of ACT named Babu. He claimed that I will have to make an additional payment of Rs. 2200 for them to provide the Broadband connection. He cited a reason that the apartment where I stay is close to High Tension, hence they will need to do some additional work.
Point is that, in the apartment where I stay, at least 10 flats have ACT Broadband who have not made any additional payment for their installations. Why am I being singled out to make this payment? Also, why is there a delay in the installation of Broadband? Request you to kindly intervene. Thanks

Recently i purchased for the connection wifi router for 6 months pack on aug 19 2020. Next day 20 aug 2020 connection people came to my house and checked for anyone using or not. No one are using network near by my house. So they went, back to their work. I purchased with the money of rs.4241/- for six months pack. The area sales person not responding to me correctly. They are very bad. I called him for so many times he was not responding me properly. His name is ananth. When i am calling he was busy busy but not responding my words. So i want my money back. Pls solve my problem fast. So, pls requesting for my money of rs. 4241/-back. I need emergency solution for this. Pls solve this issue.

I was using act fibernet broadband service from atria convergence technologies since last 1 year. But suddenly due to covid19 situation, i need to shift to another town from bangalore. I sent a disconnection request on 21 june itself, got no response from act team as they are waiting for bill generation to cheat the customer. I have used your service upto 20/06/2020, and upto which i can happily pay the bill amount.
Now atria convergence technologies asking me to pay additional bill amount for the whole month of june and still they have not disconnected my connection.
I have send 5-6 complaints and emails to close this matter but due to the inactiveness of act team, i simply left it. Shall i move to the consumer court in case anyone from act team dosent stop to call me unnecessarily.

I reported many times that internet is not working for 3 to 4 days and not got any proper response from the customer care. I called sales guy who is responsible and promised 100 percent uptime and early resolution of issues. However, he responded to me like if you want the internet wait for 3 to 4 days and we can't do anything?
I am paying 1299 rs for a month and this how they are treating customers. The same thing happened many times.
Kindly i need your help to resolve this kind of behavior from the company counterparts.

Pending Refund amount

On March 26th 2020, I paid rs.3713/- to ACT fibernet for installation only on the basis that the sales guy said that installation will be done within 5 days. But it had well past 7 days no one seems to care. So i initiated a refund request on beginning of april 2020, . I waited 15 days as told but no infonfrom their side. So sent a mail for an update then only incame to know that they have canceled my request stating that work order is active (they didn't even care to intimate me that the request stand canceled). They also stated that a ticket has been raised to cancel the work order and revert my money, Till now i haven't received my money. Everytime I call or mail they'll make fake promises like, "I've escalated sir, u will get money in 15 days, 7days, even 2 days" Nothing happened. Nearly 4000 its not easy money. Heartless and ruthless people playing with me. ACT is the worst and full of liars sucking on peoples hard earned money and lying around.
