[Resolved] Atria Convergence Technologies — Broadband | |||||
On 21st October, I had paid for ACT Fibernet Broadband. I have opted for the half yearly payment mode and had done the amount of Rs 8390 as well. I have also received the receipt for the same. On 26th October, I received a call from one of the representatives of ACT named Babu. He claimed that I will have to make an additional payment of Rs. 2200 for them to provide the Broadband connection. He cited a reason that the apartment where I stay is close to High Tension, hence they will need to do some additional work. Point is that, in the apartment where I stay, at least 10 flats have ACT Broadband who have not made any additional payment for their installations. Why am I being singled out to make this payment? Also, why is there a delay in the installation of Broadband? Request you to kindly intervene. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
