Atria Convergence Technologies — atria convergence technologies asking me to pay additional bill amount for the whole month of june and still they have not disconnected my connection | |||||
I was using act fibernet broadband service from atria convergence technologies since last 1 year. But suddenly due to covid19 situation, i need to shift to another town from bangalore. I sent a disconnection request on 21 june itself, got no response from act team as they are waiting for bill generation to cheat the customer. I have used your service upto 20/06/2020, and upto which i can happily pay the bill amount. Now atria convergence technologies asking me to pay additional bill amount for the whole month of june and still they have not disconnected my connection. I have send 5-6 complaints and emails to close this matter but due to the inactiveness of act team, i simply left it. Shall i move to the consumer court in case anyone from act team dosent stop to call me unnecessarily. Was this information helpful? | |||||
