Audi India — Complaint regarding sc blower

Respected Sir,

This mail is regarding my Audi A4 car, registration number HR 26 DL 6246. I am Surinderpal Singh Talwar, a privileged senior citizen and I drive around in my Audi car as I find it most comfortable and suited.

I would like to share a recent experience where in i drove my Audi car to my office that is at a distance of 2 km from my home. I parked my car in place and when in the evening i got into the car to go back home, suddenly the AC blower started making loud sound and working abruptly. It was throwing out the air at high speed and then at low speed and not functioning smoothly as it should every time.

Though I haven’t encountered any road accident or any clash in the car in recent past. So i can’t figure out how this malfunctioning happened all of a sudden. As Audi is one of the Top Luxury Cars, I am unhappy and disappointed at this sudden disruption.

So I finally sent my car to the Audi Delhi West Service Centre for checking the problem, but now they are telling us that the blower will have to be changed and asking for a hefty amount for the same. We buy luxury cars to feel the luxury but not to be disappointed at any stage. I have 8 other cars in my house including luxury cars from BMW, Toyota, Kia but never heard or face this type of strange disruption. As earlier I always loved to drive my Audi the most, this time it disappointed me the most. Also with Lohri festivities coming up, I need the car at my disposal.

I am a senior citizen and I feel most comfortable in my Audi, so request you to change the ill functioning component without any extra cost as there has been a lot of disappointment and inconvenience for me and that too because of no error in my driving skill.
