Audi India — Customer dissatisfaction

I own a Audi Q7 purchased in may 2015 from KANISH MOTORS (AUDI KARNAL), there has been a regular problem in the car since i have purchased it .
I purchased Audi Q7 in may 2014 as well and there was a problem in its ambient lighting which the company couldn't repair it in year. The car visited the workshop several times and even for months it was in the workshop but the engineers couldn't resolve the problem and finally the company made me a offer of changing my car in may 2015 (without insurance, without registration). the expenses of insurance and RC were paid by me again for the new car which Audi gave me which amounted to about 6, 00, 0000/-.

In July 2016 the same problem occurred again in my new car which was occurring in my previous car. there is no response or service from Audi karnal regarding the same and i have filed a case against them in consumer forum which is still going on.

Now recently my car windscreen got cracked( a minor one) so i decided to get it changed by Audi Karnal. The car went for the same and the fitting of the wipers and the interior casing of the windscreen was not made properly(a major safety concern), in addition the whole exterior body of the car was rough like bonnet, bumper, windows, roof etc., which could not be removed by washing or rubbing .On operating the wipers the wipers suddenly broke in front of their service head. he requested me to send the car again to the workshop and fix up these problems. the car already remained in the workshop for 2 days. the workshop is 100kms from my place (YAMUNANAGAR).
the expenses of sending the car again and again were paid by me.

I got my car serviced two months back and at the time of service they did not do tyres rotation which was mandatory .
and due to this i am facing problems in my car nowadays due to the humming sound from the tyres even on low speeds. their service head visited me yesterday and he told me tyre rotation has to be done and please send the car to the workshop again (100kms).
i told them to take the car and fix up the things and return me . the expenses would be made by them because they did not do it at the time of servicing, for which they did not agree and replied me rudely for the same today that i[censored] wish to send u can on your expenses otherwise we can't help you.
My car stays more often in workshop than at my place and there is no response or any kind of help from Audi after having these many problems. MD of Audi karnal doesn't have time to speak to us as he does not answer our calls and the employees do not behave well with the customer . These people do not provide proper after sales service.
I want some action to be taken against this dealership or i have to go legal regarding the same.
