Audi India — sold a substandard, non working airbag, malfunction brand, new car whos manufacturer is not audi but skoda.

Dear sir,
I purchased a audi a6 matrix in 2015 from jaika trading company, audi raipur. Immediately after delivery i noticed that it is a defective car with non functioning airbags and other features. I complained the same to audi raipur and audi india, since then my problems are not resolved till date, i am forced to drive a defective car inspite of paying huge sums of amount. Later it was learned that audi has committed fraud with the govt of india and public by saying that the manufacturer is audi, germany but infact the manufacturer of the car is skoda india not audi germany as quoted by them in various documents. I have sent them legal notices and asked to refund my full amount with bank interest and other charges. They have not yet taken any action inspite of many emails and legal notice. Over this span they have spoiled the car by making it a training vehicle for their mechanics.
They have sold me a substandard locally manufactured vehicle saying that it is a premium german manufactured audi vehicle.
What are my options now?
