I'm writing to report a distressing experience I had with an auto rickshaw driver on April 17, 2025. The driver, operating auto rickshaw KL25P1525, refused to use the meter and overcharged me for a journey from Punalur Railway Station to Tholikkode near Power House, a distance of approximately 2.4 km.
