[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — defective ava merchandising product purchased through jet airways flight marketing

Based on jet airways ava marketing offer in flight, i purchased few items in ava outlet in bangalore and facing below problems
1. I have purchased gira bianco gold jewellery set on 18th sep, ear studs are loose can't use it. Need replacement / exchange
2. Purchased leather reversible belt on 24th aug, by mistake i have selected xxl size, where in i need m size. It is my mistake too not observing the size due to hurry, request for replacement / exchange

I am travelling again on 11/10/2017, prefer to get exchange the defective product @ ava outlet in bangalore airport

AVA Merchandising Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you. As informed earlier kindly share the images of defective Gina bianco jewelry set with its transaction/invoice number so that we can examine the same provide you a resolution.

As far as leather reversible belt is concerned its having 6 months manufacturing warranty against manufacturing defects only.. same was purchased on 24th Aug and size issue complaint can be registered with in 24 to 48 hrs of purchase only..
