Ava Merchandising — Defective power bank

Hi! I purchased a power bank 6000 mah (Pebble Power bank white) today from Netaji Subash Chandra airport, Kolkata at 8:20 am . It was around 25% charged. I used it to charge but when I connected the power bank for recharging, I found that it ws not charging at all. The power bank has a 6 month replacement guarantee.
