I have purchased a herman hansen rose gold ladies quartz watch from ava shop at lucknow airport, india on 13.01.2018 for rupees 1299/-. After purchase when i came back home i noticed that the watch is not working. I have got the invoice receipt with date of purchase 13.01.2018 from the ava shop at lucknow airport.
