[Resolved]  Ava Merchandising — herman hansen watch not working

I bought the harsen hansen watch in the hyderabad airport on april 20th, 2018. The gents watch not yet all working when i have opened from the seal pack and removed the strap. Ladies watch is working fine. Can you please let me know the service center address in hyderabad or let me know how to get it replaced. I was completely disappointed with this.

As you said, I have contacted the person in hyderabad airport he collected the watches on sunday and said that he will customer care and will update me on Monday. But till now no update from that guy.

When can I expect the resolution.

I have purchased herman hansen black magnetic lock strap watch at kolkata airport on 12/03/2018 at 5.00pm in the names of A srinivasa rao. The strap came out of its position within two days. Pl give us details of your authorised dealer for replacement/ repair in Hyderabad, India.
