[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — hottech on-ear bluetooth headphone broke | |||||
Hi, My friend had gifted me a pair of hottech on-ear bluetooth headphones and the headphones had broken into two with no applied pressure. Simply, removing the headphones to keep it away, it had snapped. The speakers are still working but however cannot be worn. I have a warranty and the bill along with me. As a plus point, i really love the product and the audio itself. This has been a really good birthday present and i would like it to be replaced please. Please do reach out to me at wanshan.
