[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — mens shaver and trimmer | |||
I purchased a shaver/ trimmer from delhi airport on 3rd october. However, i had gifted the same to some one and now i have come to know that it is not working. There is no warranty card either in the pack although i was told there is a 6 months warranty. Kindly let me know how you will replace this faulty device. I am surprised that jet airways has a tie up with such a useless merchandising company. I can see all the reviews and now i realize that i have wasted rs. 1199 for such a useless article and have been embarrassed by giving it as a gift. Please do some thing to rectify the matter. All of a sudden, the display is not working from yesterday.
I have attached the photo and the payment advice.
Kindly replace the same with new one as the product is under warranty .
