While returning from manglore by flight no 9w 0436 on 2nd april 2016 by jet airways and my seat no was 22f i got scratch card through i got free gift which i got by paying rs.1000/- from mumbai airport ava shop. But after that i reached my residence at chittaurgarh, rajasthan on 4.04.2016 and after that i gave this gift to my nephew, s son and on 6.4.2016 we found that it is not working at all. Please look in this matter and arrange to replace the car and remote which are not working. If you want i can send you the photo copy of my boarding card. Shyam sunder ameta.
