[Resolved] Ava Merchandising — replacement warranty not provided | |||
I had bought a Hermen Hansen 16 inch overnighter on 24/11/2017 from AVA Merchandising store at Trivendrum Airport and was clearly promised 1 year warranty. The product's handle came out on 6/07/2018 and I approached customer care for replacement but they are not responding. During conversation the executive mentioned though that the warranty period of this item is now reduced to 6 months (1 year at the time of my purchase).
