On 18th May 2014, I rcvd so many SMSs being at home and got call from HDFC that somebody is withdrawing money from my account. On advise, i blocked my card and as suggested, next day reported mater to Branch head (South city-2, Gurgaon Mr. Abhishek Dutta) in written. The Reference number for your query is[protected] and APW[protected]AM passed by HDFC bank to me.
I have even mailed matter to MD of HDFC bank and updating branch office regularly, but it is more than 07 months now no on even responding to calls or mails. Is this the culture of HDFC bank?I have all my mail details with me which I am doing with MD of HDFC bank with proper ref no.
Hope matter would be resolved within few years and customer will get money back.
