Dear Sir,
We have purchased a flat in B2, avalon rangoli dahruhera from Avalon Group.
We have made 100% of the payment for our flat as per payment plan. The possession was scheduled in early 2015. The construction of building is partially done and there is no sign of further construction. This is our hard earned money which we have invested.
We request you to kindly intervene so that we can get our money back with due compensation.

I had booked a flat in Avalon royal park in 2013. The builder has not delivered the flat as yet.

I have booked a flat in Avalon Rosewood. Project was moving at good pace but suddenly after 2017 there is no update at all about the project. I have sent many emails to builder but absolute silent there.

This project was to be delivered way back but don't know when will this be delivered now.

I have a flat in Avalon Residency form 2013 . The maintenance work was up to date. But from last 1 year there is no proper maintenance done in my flat. My flat is in worst condition with poor slippage and leakage, because of that living there peacefully was not possible so we shifted to Alwar. Many a times I have complained about this to maintenance department but no positive response came from your side. I was paying the maintenance charge every month on time. But when I saw that even after paying regularly no maintenance done by your side . Seeing that I stopped paying the maintenance fee. Then your authority have cutted the connection of water and electricity because of this no one is taking it on rent . So, I am suffering from lose from last one year. Then you are also demanding for the left over maintenance . But I didn't find any sense in that when there is no maintenance done in my flat from last year so why I will pay for it. I hope that your are understanding the problem . The keys are also deposited in your office . I request you please do the maintenance as soon as possible. The photographs are attached.

Hi,
I booked my flat in Avalon Rosewood in Tower A-10 in 2013 and since then I have paid 90% of the amount and I have been following up with the builder for status update on the construction and the possession date. They have stopped responding to calls and there is no clear response on the construction status as well.

This is so frustrating that my hard earned money is blocked for so long period and still there is no hope. I am raising this complaint to get refund of my money.

Address : Avalon homes, Tower C1 6th floor, flat no 604, Three months ago our room lock broken and all our stuffs were missing while we're not at our room and this happened before Diwali, and we complaint about this whole thing to care taker of Avalon homes name : idrish and to Mr. Satish who stays in Gurgaon office, we complaint to both but nobody helped and and deny for doing any help now today(24/12/2020) again when we're not at our room somebody broken our locks and our rooms stuffs are Missing.. we complaint again.. same nobody helped.. this is really pathetic.. we're living there and our own stuffs is not safe there? The saddest part is nobody helped us in any way! Regretting taken floor in AVALON HOMES (BHIWADI) i guess one of my worst decision in my life, now i expect some steps to be taken that too strictly if not then im going for police and making it viral on twitter, and i hope somebody there will listen to us.

Dear sir/ mam
This is to inform i hv book flat in 2012 in avalon rangoli bhiwad. They give flat on 2018. After getting the flat, when i see in wall poor quality matarial use, we can screw one hole in wall, when we do all the matarial come ours witd sand poor quality of sand cement use in whole flat. I already complaint to the avalon group but no response taken from them. Pls help me.

I booked a 3bhk flat in avalon rosewood in year 2013 anticipating that it would be allotted by the time i retire in 2018 and i will either reside myself in this, or it would become a source of my rental income to live my post retirement life.
But, avalon builder has delayed the project beyond imagination. The work is standstill. There is no commitment from the builder when the project will be completed and when the flat will be allotted, behaviour of builder is very bad and their representatives talk very rudely if you go to their office to express your grievance. Directors are beyond reach. I am going through heavy mental pressure and sufferings.
I request my grievance be heard. I should be given my money back along with interest if builder can not allot the flat according to date june 2021 committed to rera.

We have take this puty project to harsh and him wife as 200 rupees pr sample.
Jaipur project data are wrong only 10 sample is right.
Ye main es karn bta rha hu ki harsh and uski wife kajal ne hme kam ke pese nhi diye... Abhi tak unhone 8 hjar hi diye h jbki hamne 72 sample unko 2 bar me coriyar krva diye h. Coriyar, print out and zerox ke 4000 ke lgbg khrch ho gye and ldko ko bhi local convanc ke rup me dena pdta h... To aap hi soch ke dekho etne kam peso me aapke data ki quality kaise dekhne ko milegi...
Suyog sir g es puty project ko sambhal rhe h na... Sir g, harsh vgera aapko interview denge to vo kis aadar pr denge...
Main chinmaysir and suyog sir se call krke har bat btana chahta hu...
Phle 180 sample ki bat hui thi but fir 94 sampls ke liye bola gya...
Jime abhi bhi 25 sample baki the.. Jo bin peso ke coriyar kaise kre ham... So harsh ne jaipur team ko galiya bhi di h... And bol rhe h ki pese nhi denge... Jaipur team ke 16000 rupees kha gya h... Jaipur team ke pese khane se koi achha kam nhi hoga...
Abhi vo non birla ke... Khud apni mrji se krenge.. Unki interview me presentation wrong hoga... And yhi data 25 sample hmare pass kiye huye h but jab tak hamare pese nhi aayenge... Ab ham unko send nhi kr skte...

Pune ke rhne vale agent kajal and his husband harsh ne mujhe aapka puty project ka kam 200 rupees per call pe diya tha.. Yha jaipur ke phle 180 sample bta rhe the but fir only 94 ho gye... Maine khud ki poket se rupees kharch krke... Ldko se 70 sm0le krvayeh... Aapki compny ka agent ko hmare sath me surve bhi krke dikhaya h... Unko bhi kam psnd aaya...
But sir ham bin peso ke kam hmesa kaise kre... Hme n to parcel vgera ka... Or nhi aapke print out and photu copy ke pese diye...
To hmne kam krne se mna kr diya to ab bol rhe h ki ham aapko kuch nhi denge... Bin peso ke hmne 25 non birla ke sample kiye nhi... Jo shop vgera find krne me sabse easy h... Vo hi kiye nhi hmne...
Ab vo hi aapkelocal agent jinko n to kam krvane ka kuch trika h n ki koi bat...
Main sir kisi ke bare me vese koi glt nhi bol rha but aapke kam ki quality en agent ke karn sahi nhi aayegi... Because etne peso me koi bhi emandari se kam nhi krne vala... En agent ke chkar me n aake... Aapdirct contact rkho... Esse achha kam milega... But sir abhi bol rhe h ki... Aapko koi pesa nhi milega jab tak aap pura kam nhi krke doge... Sir hmne jitna kam kiya h... Utna plz direct pese send kr dijiye 200 rupees per call rate se... Taki isne bhi kam kiya h uski mehnt ka pesa mil jaye...

So plz sir request to you that plz give me our money of these puty project.
Sir hamne apni pocket se khrch krke.. Aapka kam kiya h... Kisi ki mehant ka pesa nhi chhinna chahiye sir... Plz plz sir...

It’s been over 5 years that i have paid 25 lakhs towards my 2 bedroom 1150 sq. Ft flat in regal court in a3 tower. No one wants to give answers when the hand over will be no one answers your call or email

I am sure the directors of the company would be living their luxurious life on our hard earned money, like you have a family son daughter father mother even we have daughter mother father to look after, have some shame how can you enjoy your life on our hard earned money.

I would like my full refund.

Even i got a call from +8244, hr and they told me they need medical report. Is there any one who paid and that person get job. Any reference, my number [protected]. So i will pay amount either i will not. Anyone who can guide please.

Hello everyone.. I also bought a flat in avalon rosewood (Bhiwadi) in a-12 tower in june, 2013. My 90% payment is give to them on time but here i stand with getting no possession till date which was promised by the builder on january, 2018.
This is really pathetic we are not fools, this is our hard earned money we are not donating you.. Please give us in writing that whether you can complete the project or give us our money back with interest.

Iam owner of flat no B1 401 avalon residency phase 1.
I spent my hard earned money after hearing good reputation of avalon group.but to my surprise maintenance team working here is not at all efficient in handling issues here.
From last 2 years iam chasing them for sepage issue which they are not able to resolve.
Sepage is all over bathroom and in bed room which is damaging walls and electrical sockets.
I dont think its worth paying a single penny as part of monthly maintenance.
After weekly followups with maintenance team for so long time i have decided to put my complaint here.
If i dont get resolution than i will take this forward and make sure iam heard everywhere.
Looking forward for promp response.

My father purchased a flat in AVALON RANGOLI, DHARUHERA;SEC 24, In dec 2011 and made an agreement in Jan 2012.During the agreement the builder promised us that they would hand my flat in coming 3 and half year but its now end of 2016 . Almost delayed by 2 and half yr. When I and my father used to call them they say that they will give in coming 4 mnths. This words we are hearing from last 2 yrs .When i used to visit the site i dont see any...

I had booked one no. of 3 BHK Unit No.B-4/202 in Avalon Rosewood, Bhiwadi Project. After booking and making payment of 40% i.e. Rs.17, 63, 582/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Two only), I came to know through advertisements that Avalon has launched a new scheme 30:40:30 in PLP Plan. Immediately, after that, I had made several requests verbally/ written to convert my Unit from CLP (Construction Linked Plan) to PLP (Possession Linked Plan). But they were not considering my requests.

Thereafter, unfortunately, I came across the news that their Project is facing some approval issues. Since it was my hard-earned money, immediately since then, I have been making requests to cancel my above-mentioned Unit and refund my full amount paid against this Unit as soon as possible. But nothing has happened till yet. Meanwhile, after my cancellation request, I got a mail from Avalon that they had considered my request from changing the plan from CLP to PLP. But denying for cancelling the Unit.

Further, I would like to request that since I am not satisfied with the Project, as such, I want that the amount paid against this Unit may please be returned back by cancelling the aforementioned Unit.

It is my humble request to help me in getting my money back.

I have taken a unit in Avalon Rosewood (Bhiwadi) 2 year back. It was a unit in 12th Floor. Now We got to know that the Builder doesn't have primission to build beyond 8th floor. The Builder has kept all of the investors in dark for more than 3 years.

Now After it revealed they are refusing to give us our money back.

If it's your hard earned money, dont put it in Avalon. They are a fraud company.

If you have even a small doubt, , contact me over mail. I will let you know the entire story. They have cheated more than 100 investors.
