DELEE[protected]is my education loan account. I have been paying ECS amount on 10th of every month. for last 2 months ( aug 21 & sep21) amount of ECS is not debiting . I sent many email regarding this to Avanse financial services but i still do not know why amount is debiting. Last month I paid manually on their request. this 'sept21' month again ECS not debited I contacted them again but no reply and height is now they are charging 17 rs for last month and Rs1180 /- for sept 21 for their mistake. I am really fed up now.
I will not pay any find /penal charge for their mistake. I want to know what is the issue and resolution ASAP.
