Excess amount of Rs 10000/ deducted through ECS not refunded
My PDCs and other documents provided at the time of sanction of loan yet not returned by Avanse despite a series of request mails.
Every time a system generated ticket no provided but no response yet....

I take a loan of 30 lakh rupees and I take money at us account so they did wire transfer in which they take more than 1.5 rupees over dollar rate. It is around 55000 rupees for 16 lakh rupees transfer. Also the agent who transfer money he not confirm the rate to me and without asking me transfer it. I have a taken a student loan from Avanse in 2019, and now I have raised the request for the foreclosure of my loan and unliening thee FDs submitted during the loan application. It's been a month I am chasing them, they aren't working on it. Insite of telling them that I am shfting to another country and want to clear the accounts, they are least attentive.
This is so annoying, no wonder why we won't think of leaving the country without repaying the loans. Here as a customer, I am asking them to process the request so that I can repay the debts but they don't care.
It is holding me up for any financial plans for future.

I have taken student loan from Avanse and whenever I asked them to unfreeze the funds after paying fees from my own pocket, still they are least bothered about customers problems and not helping the customer. I have sent multiple mails with attachment proofs regarding fee payment to University. Still those guys are not understanding the situation and worst thing is they don’t know English and they don’t know how to communicate with customers. Avanse is very worst firm which is hiring illiterate people as their employees. One of their employees is misbehaving with me. his name is deepak and contact number is ---[protected]. Avanse is seriously the worst financial services. I wonder how they got the license to work. Their employees don't know how to communicate with customers politely. And their English is so poor that they don't even understand what the customer is saying, replying is always hard for them. They've hired the most illiterate people to work for them.

We have requested for the cancellation of our purchased Aakash Byju's course and the cancellation is in process. The student is not attending any classes and their products have been returned. Still Avanse financial manager is calling us and asking us to pay the EMI. He is also threatening us that if we don't pay the EMI he will hold on the process of cancellation and we have to pay the entire amount.

Please help us to sort out the issue which i and my family are facing since december 2021, with avanse finance which is creating mental harrassment.
Avanse finance has charged me processing charges of amount Rs. 32243 on[protected] and again Amount of Rs. 32224 was deducted on[protected] which we realized only after they sent the account statement which was shared on[protected] for the same processing charges.

Sowmiya Thyagarajan, who is illegal team to Avanse to perform any Gundas activity to claim the amount or recover the property, pledge by customer at time of loan process. She always comes with rowdies and knife or other similar tools to threaten customer, in order to threaten and get the amount. But she does all stupidity to claim or get the amount more than what is disbursed to customer.
And some stupids from Avanse will come with her from Mumbai, to show off as higher officials has come and situation is serious. Seriously they doesn’t know history of your case, but he or she will talk like godhead. And, if someone hears name Pavan Kumar and Naveen coming with Sowmiya, be alert and call police immediately.
This team will ask some amount in DD for loan account and rest in hand for their adjustments, if you don’t pay them, they will try to destroy your place. End of the day they will be looser after all.
Better I suggest don’t go to Avanse.

We did not provide any type of document to taking loan either we are getting enough calls from u now I want to have an education loan for my further study but your branch is showing the not paid amount of loan its just a scam happening with me.

I have been writing to Avanse regarding Loan closer, they are just not taking any steps, no communication. After mailing them, they are just closing the tickets without any further steps.

I had a loan disbursement of around 35lacs during my education period jan 2020 to may 2021 for masters in USA from avanse. Before my first disbursement i have paid avanse a simple interest of 3 years i.e 180000/- .And my loan repayment is starting after 3 years of my 1st loan disbursement.i.e in year 2023. Recently i expereinced there has been unauthorized transactions from my sister account 4-5 times (25000 rs (5000 x 5 times))and also we were charged penalty when there were not sufficient funds in her account. My brother has taken loan for his higher studies from avanse. At the time of taking the loan they have mentioned that the emi amount will start deducting after 6 month of study complete. My brother got internship and his study got extended my three month. He has inform avanse team but they have still deducted 87000 from the account. He has explained them put lots of email but they have not returned the amount. They said the amount will not be returned and we agreed but this month we still receive the request for 87000 deduction. Due to insufficient balance in the account I have been notified by the bank. This has affected my credit score. We have tried to email them but no response from their side. We will not pay any bounce charges. Request to take the strict actions against avanse as they are frauds.

My name is Haider Ali Siddiquee. I recently finish my Master's degree from US. I have a complain agaist unethical lending practice by Avanse Financial Services. I took education loan from them in 2018. Since then I'm having problem with this company. Initially, they force me to take health insurance with their education loan even my university does not accept it. They said to me without health insurance they will not give me loan. Then they forced me to take complete loan amount so they can charge interest on it. Even I said, I need half money in my second semester. After taking loan they charge a lot for transferring money to US bank. Now, since last three months I'm trying to increase my EMI so I can pay my loan ASAP. They always reply back they are working on it and never increase it. Even I talk to money student in US they have the same story with this company. This is totally unethical to take advantage of someone's poor situation. I would like to file a complain against them.

I, Arabinda Mohanty, had taken loan for my studies. Due to covid problem I lost my job. I requested kolkata office for restructuring.They initially said that company had stopped restructuring. Then forcibly gave me restructuring of 4 months . I am not being able to arrange the payment. I need restructuring for 24 months. The person handling my account has been very rude to me as well my father . They are threatening with sending people to my house Now they have sent a legal notice for refund of loan amount. please help .

From the Avanse payment statement against my loan (loan ac KOL/000816) I found that three repayments that I had made - 3lac 20k, 2 lac and 1lac 50k are missing.

From the past three months, I have requested them multiple times over calls and emails to update those three payments and provide me the loan foreclosure letter mentioning the outstanding amount so that I can pay that and close my loan.

Despite of multiple requests in their email ids as well as the email id provided for grievance, there has been no response from their end. There has been no point of contacts provided who can acknowledge my request. My parents and I have had conversations multiple times with my point of contacts in Kolkata but there has been no help. I also emailed to escalate but there has been absolutely no response.

I am worried about my loan account and want to close it ASAP as it charges a high interest rate of 14.5 percent interest.

My friend applied for education loan from avanse but they offered more than 15% interest rate with collateral plus high processing charges. They tried make profit from a student who has urgent need of money for his education. It was shocked how these guys are making money from these situations. My friend who has urgent need had gone through depression because of these guys.
