[Resolved]  Avanse Financial Services — Mis-Selling and Wrong Commitment not refunding my money

I am a victim of misS-selling, I am a student and am planning to go for study abroad. Avanse Financial Service is a NBFC for education loan. I applied there for the same. I was given sanction letter by the company on my mail and was told that after paying a processing fee of 28, 515/00 i will get the loan of 25 lakh. I did what they told me to do and now they are saying that i can not have the loan because there legal adviser has just found a flaw in our property document, on the same property document we took a housing loan in the year 2000 from Bank of Baroda, and they are not considering that property. And when i told them to refund my processing fee they refused to do that. They never informed me that this fee is non-refundable and now they are saying it that forgot to mention that. Respected Sir I am from a middle class family who wants to fulfill his dream and wants to make a good carrier and these people are just harassing me. this amount of 28, 515.00 is a huge amount for a person like me. Kindly help me solve this issue.
