Avanse Financial Services — Eventhough we have cancelled the purchased course they are still asking to pay the EMI

We have requested for the cancellation of our purchased Aakash Byju's course and the cancellation is in process. The student is not attending any classes and their products have been returned. Still Avanse financial manager is calling us and asking us to pay the EMI. He is also threatening us that if we don't pay the EMI he will hold on the process of cancellation and we have to pay the entire amount.
