I have been writing to Avanse regarding Loan closer, they are just not taking any steps, no communication. After mailing them, they are just closing the tickets without any further steps.
I took the loan to study abroad, but because of the Visa refusal, I want to close the loan. But they are just not taking any steps to close the loan. They are taking a huge interest.
