I had a loan disbursement of around 35lacs during my education period jan 2020 to may 2021 for masters in USA from avanse. Before my first disbursement i have paid avanse a simple interest of 3 years i.e 180000/- .And my loan repayment is starting after 3 years of my 1st loan disbursement.i.e in year 2023. Recently i expereinced there has been unauthorized transactions from my sister account 4-5 times (25000 rs (5000 x 5 times))and also we were charged penalty when there were not sufficient funds in her account. Its such a fraudulent company after following up them lot they were irresponsible to solve this incident and mentiomed us its our system issue please give us time to resolve.Till date i havent got a refund in my sisters account.i am expecting a refund as well as penalty charges for unnecessary disbursement.
