My brother has taken loan for his higher studies from avanse. At the time of taking the loan they have mentioned that the emi amount will start deducting after 6 month of study complete. My brother got internship and his study got extended my three month. He has inform avanse team but they have still deducted 87000 from the account. He has explained them put lots of email but they have not returned the amount. They said the amount will not be returned and we agreed but this month we still receive the request for 87000 deduction. Due to insufficient balance in the account I have been notified by the bank. This has affected my credit score. We have tried to email them but no response from their side. We will not pay any bounce charges. Request to take the strict actions against avanse as they are frauds.
