Hi, I look an education loan from Avanse. The interest rates are never abiding by RBI guidelines. The vustomer support is very lethargic and tough to get to. Their online platforms are completely faulty and they hardly work. I have been looking for an interest certificate for about a month. I still have not got it. Nobody knows how to help. Nothing works.
