Avenues India — Amount deducted from my account but deposited in tsspdcl account.

I have made transaction of rs 413.5 from my sbi account the amount has been deducted from my account but not deposited in tsspdcl account.so I request Avenues India to please refund my amount back in my account.the transaction details are as mentioned below.
