[Resolved] Avenues India — Amount not refunded after failed transaction | |||
On 13th December, 2016 I made two failed transactions on makemytrip.com but amounts of Rs. 6791 and 6591 were deducted from my bank account on behalf of Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. and the transactions id are :[protected] and[protected]. The make my trip complain Reference ID:[[protected]]. Although I called the customer care service of make my trip but they asserted that the amounts were not funded to their account which means that it was deducted from Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. account and still not refunded to my bank account even after 20 days. This shows pure case of irresponsibility from your side and thus I want the refund as soon as possible.
