To, coustomer care Head, CCAvenue sub:-Money has been debited from my account for a failed transaction. I tried to add money to my paytm wallet on 16 Dec. 2015.The process completed by debiting money from my account, but the trasaction failed.Money is transfer to INB Avenues India pvt.ltd. PLease look into the issue asap and transfer the money(Rs.999) to my account asap.
