Sir, on 13th may 2018 rs 899.16 was paid for recharge to videocon d2h bu tit bas debited 2 times from my a/c by net banking. After discussig videocon d2hto refund extra money. Said we have returened ur exta money 899.16 to ur company on 15th may 2018 as following... Trans id[protected] Srcprn[protected] But didnot credited in my bank a/c.
