I had made payment of my cable TV. bill through online banking on 28.02.2017 for Ortel communications Ltd. but by mistake payment went to Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. An amount of 218.93 deducted from my account that time but no payment has been done in my Ortel cable Tv. On[protected] I recharged my Air Tel card for Rs.147-00 through net banking. Till now the same has not been recharged and the amount has not been refunded also.Even after the lapse of 24 days no action has been taken. This kind of failure transaction should be immediately attended. Kindly arrange to refund the same.
