sir i rajoo kumar policy no LLG1154141 sir ldec2014 i deposit rs-7500/- cheque in favour of aviva life insurance india (punjab &sind bank ) in model town aviva branch & i fill some papers for change my address &signature this cheque dabit from my PSB a/c .but some days one cheque Axis bank send my address amt.7500/-(excess amt.pay ) but some papers requirured for signature change so signature change papers verify from Punjab and sind bank and papers & axis bank cheque handed over to aviva repregantative he say this cheque deposit so can not give another fresh cheque . sir 15/3/2015 my next preimium date but aviva insurance officers said your policy a/c not updated Was this information helpful? | |||
