I have been constantly telephoned at my residence by a certain lady customer executive named shalini mishra.
She calls me even on sunday to remind me about my policy premium which is due on the 31 july 2020!!!
She called on saturday and i even asked her not to call me as i have never defaulted on my payments, in spite of my request, she called again and then when my husband spoke with her, she blatantly told him that you can raise an email complaint.
Does aviva wish to harass us even in this time of the pandemic to pay money in advance of the due date? I wish to consider prompting legal action if this is ever repeated again!! It goes without doubt that i will even inform friends about this harassment.
Please treat this email as a warning that i do not wish to be disturbed for premium payments on the phone, the email and sms reminders suffice,
