Axis Bank — 1180 rs deducted as consolidation charges

Hi,
I have NRO account in axis bank.
On 18 Jan 2021 when i checked my bank balance I came to know that bank has deducted 1180 rs from my account stating as Consolidated Charges.
Moreover I was neither informed prior or after the amount deduction. When I check3d my balance is low I came to know about this deduction.
Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting money from accounts wihout any information. Whatever may be the rules or as such, bank should inform the customer. Without information bank is looting money from the account.
