[Resolved] Axis Bank — 15243 Rs Negative balance | |||
Hi, My name is Shaikh Nabiul, I am writing this complaint regarding 15243 Negative balance in my savings account. When I called axis bank customer care they told these are consolidated charges for non maintenance of minimum for 2 years. I tell them As per RBI rules Bank cannot make negative balance in savings accounts due to not maintaining minimum balance. They tell you have to pay this amount. In this way axis bank cheating there customer and looting there hardly earn money. I have no job since 2 years that is why I am unable to maintain minimum balance in my account.
