Axis Bank — a fraud transaction needs to be tracked

I would like to bring your kind notice that myself Esak Rabin, customer of this bank being very much depressed due to unavoidable circumstances.

At around 6.55pm at 19/10/19 my account had debited with 7, 600 by a unknown source name:

I lost my 7600 without my involvemnt., i never deal with this site before.
Request you to kindly have verified of this amount & credited back same to my AC as soon as possible.
