Axis Bank — aadhar to bank linking status is inactive in npci website

Sir/ madam
I have submitted my aadhar to pnb, axis bank & kotak mahindra bank for seeding purpose, but they are facing issues in seeding.
Npci website shows my aadhar looking with bank "kotak mahindra bank"and that account is closed. Bank has de - linked aadhar from that account.
Due to this issue my lpg subsidy is not getting.

- requested you to please link my aadhar with bellow given bank account.
