Instead of resolving the issue, Axis Bank shamelessly forwarded my complaint to the same recovery agents who were harassing me — empowering them further. They visited my residence, threatened my family, and pasted notices on my house wall like criminals are being hunted.
This is pure mental torture and a blatant violation of RBI recovery norms. Despite raising this directly with the MD’s Desk, no action has been taken. The silence of senior officials shows Axis Bank’s complete lack of accountability.
How can a bank be allowed to traumatize customers and their families like this?
What purpose does an RBI complaint serve if it only empowers more harassment?
I demand:
Immediate action against the recovery agents involved
Accountability of Axis Bank officials who mishandled the grievance
Compensation for the mental agony caused to my family
This is not a recovery process — it’s pure abuse.
