credit card - harassment calls

I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding my Citibank credit card, account number ****1648, which reportedly has outstanding dues. I am deeply disturbed by the recent actions by Axis bank recovery team in contacting my father and former manager without my authorization or consent. This breach of privacy and harassment of my family and colleagues is unacceptable.

nri banking poor services

My NRI Bank account locked just after single incorrect login attempt for 24 hours. I wanted to perform an important fund transfer now I cannot be able to perform which leads me to financial loss.
Live agent also was not able to help me just standard steps provided nothing else.

Axis Bank does not care about bank service experience of consumer. My money structs for 24 hours due to poor services by Axis bank.

Credit card fraud

I am writing this in regards to my concern i raised with the phone banking team that i received a call from axis bank sales team person with name “Anshu Chaudhary”. He told me i am eligible for vistara signature card for free two year there wont be any charges for two years as this is for testing purposes and later all the charges will be waived on your usage.       Hello my name is Ahmed, every 1st I receive the money from my organisation. While being in a middle class family we will have a minimum EMI's to pay it doesn't mean we will maintain money like rich do. Every month I am being charged for not maintaining minimum amount for Axis bank. I do have another bank Indusind they never charged or took money from me. From 4-5 months I'm being charged for something and stating not maintaining. One month is okay for not being maintaining. My transaction and emi from the same bank will last till 15 of every month. From 15-30 or 31 it will be Zero. It doesn't mean it will be Zero for longer time salary will be credited by 1st of every month. This is really frustrating and dispute charges right now I'm having 1600 of minus charge.

      I request RBI to take action on AXIS bank's for looting money from middle class people for not maintaining balance on the account for the salaried person's. I was charged -1600 for not maintaining balance this is a really frustrating issue which I am facing right now. On every 1st my money will be deposited by Company till 15 I will pay all the emi and do shopping Blah Blah.. I do have a family to serve It doesn't I will serve you guys every month from 3-5 months I am being charged first I was charged -300,[protected] now This really frustrating because of this i will definitely close my account with Axis from August 2024. Please RBI take action on this, I already started a word with Lawyer and before first i don't wanna see minus balance on my bank account request.

        On 21st i got a mail from axis Bank that INR 73576.54 has been debited from axis bank account for brn to acct closed in full and final set, though i haven't done any closer work for my account.

        Please help me why my money has been debited and why my account has been closed

          This is with reference to the3 fraudulent transactions done with my Credit Card no. ending with 6336 for a total of ~INR 3 lakh on 15th April 2024. The credit card was immediately blocked. FIR was filed with Crime Branch (copy attached).

          Incident:

          Axis Bank executive called to update KYC. I updated KYC on Axis mobile app post which he sent a link on Whatsapp to confirm the submission. Whatsapp No: +91-[protected]....

            I am axis bank customer for four years. yesterday i received a call from axis bank credit card department (mob. no- [protected] & [protected]) . he asked for axis bank credit bank credit card. i told him that i have already axis bank flipkart credit card. but he behave very rudely & abuse me on whatsapp. please take appropriate action against him. his employee id is WRKPLVD001. screenshot of whatsapp chat attached herewith

              Hi Team, from one end govt has reduced the prices, now the petrol pumps are charging 2.5% surcharge. just to clarify, they asked for approval for initial amount of fuel purchase, and not for the additional 2.5%, is is even legal. Banks on the other hand are helpless, stating that they can't even book a complaint against the non-intimated amount debit from one consumer's account. whose duty is it, to get this transaction informed prior to the consumer's.
              on the other side, i am saying this as scsm because you can count the number of accounts there in each banks, and if this 2.5% is charged to them without their approval, then in bulk it would be crores.

              Don't think anybody might attend this concern.

                  Deduction of Ecs nach transaction charges

                  Recently I have noticed that Axis Bank deducting Rs 25 every month from November 2023, I have auto debit transaction for Mutual funds and that is not chargeable as per Axis Bank guidline.
                  I want my money back with interest, and Axis Bank should ensure that the changes would not deduct in near future.

I'm running a car loan no. - AUR[protected]INOVA CRYSTA - HR01AU0029) in your bank, due to some financial crisis, my 1 EMI has bounced, for which I'm arranging to pay as soon as possible. I'm getting 50 calls a day from your bank and my relatives are also getting calls from this number ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) There is no link of my relative with my loan nor have I given any contact no. of my relative's in the bank, how can banks call my relatives and threaten them, My mother is old, has spoken to her in such abusive language that my mother is undergoing treatment for the last 2 days.They are threatening my son over phone, please answer me. I am telling you about this as the sarpanch of Dubli village, if this kind of situation is happening with me then how do you behave with the rest, please help me. My family is deeply frightened by this loss.

                    I possess an Axis Neo Rupay credit card, which was explicitly advertised as capable of conducting international transactions through Discover networks. Despite this, for the last 20 days, every attempt at using the card internationally has been met with failure, each transaction being declined with a recurring notification: "The transaction was declined due to technical issue." This situation is not only frustrating but also misleading, bordering on deceptive, as the functionality promised by the bank is not being delivered.

                      I have loan account my emi is pending last months lots of financial condition but axis bank not support their customer I have 10 years old axis bank account and I not paid loan 2 months such a condition these are the no that harrsed me and without any mail estimation they are come office place without any prior reason they does not have any official id order that from axis bank logo that I noticed you I want clarification of what happened in axis bank these people after 2 days told you I am defaulter they does give any support they are not come from axis bank I take loan from axis bank not 3 rd party so axis bank responsibility take action against them they does followed any rbi rule
                      1.Can a loan recovery agent come to the home? Yes, a debt recovery agent can visit a borrower's home, provided that they follow these RBI guidelines for loan recovery: If a recovery agent wants to meet, the borrower must decide the place of meeting _RBI RULE
                      2.Debt collectors cannot call you at work or visit your office without notice. They cannot insult or intimidate you in any manner. They can't use abusive language while interacting with you. They need to carry bank's identification and authorization letter._ RBI RULE
                      3.The RBI, in its draft norms on "Managing Risks and Code of Conduct in Outsourcing of Financial Services, " emphasized that these entities and their recovery agents should not use intimidation or harassment, whether verbal or physical, during debt collection efforts _RBI RULE

                          Amazon india Ecom website से दिनांक 14 मार्च 2024 को Axis Bank के द्वारा NO COST EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) का Offer, Amazon India Website पर दिया गया था। मै अपने Axis Bank Rupya Credit Card 9160 पर 12 महीने का No Cost EMI पर 13, 329.10 रुपया का सामान (2 Items) Rs. 1203.06 for 12 months के लिए खरीदा हू दिनांक 14 मार्च 2024 को, बैंक के द्वारा यह ट्रांजेक्शन पूरी तरह सफल रहा, बिना किसी रोक टोक के, Amazon के Invoice Bill में भी 12 महीने के EMI का जिक्र है। NOTE - बैंक के द्वारा गुमराह किया गया कि सात दिनों के अंदर आपके पेमेंट को EMI में convert कर दिया जायेगा, जब 7 दिनों के बाद पूछा गया तो बोला गया समय नही बता सकते है, इंतजार करिए EMI में convert कर दिया जायेगा, अब 15 दिनों के बाद बैंक के द्वारा बोला जा रहा है की EMI disabled है Rupay Varients Credit Card के लिए। आपसे अनुरोध है की कृपया मेरे द्वारा किए गए ट्रांजेक्शन को EMI में Convert करने की कृपा करे, क्योंकि आपने Amazon India पर Axis Bank Rupay 9160 पर 12 महीने का EMI offer किया, जिसका उपयोग करके मैं 14 मार्च 2024 को समान खरीदे और 17 मार्च 2024 को समान पहुंचा दिया गया Amazon India के द्वारा । Amazon के Bill पर 12 महीने के EMI का जिक्र है। अगर बैंक के द्वारा EMI में convert नही किया जाता है तो मैं सभी साक्ष्यों के साथ Consumer Court में जाने के लिए तैयार हू अपने advocate के माध्यम से ।

                            There is wrongly debit toll from my axis bank fast tag account on 4th march 2024. i never cross Arjunalli toll plaza on 4th march 2024. i was at my home and my car parked at my car parking. suddenly i got massage from axis bank fast tag and debited 144/- from my account. i complaint again and again from the management of axis bank fas tag dept. but there is no result. they reject my chargeback. they send me email from other vehicale and said VRN is not visible and they reject chargeback. please help me. i attached all document of RC vehicle and there massages.
