I called many times axis Bank customer care and Flipkart customer care. Too much third class service. Last time they said wait for 45 days, some times said server is down, now they said on 16 April they sent gift voucher then I said, I not received sent it again. I not received on MSG or email. Telling a lie and not taking my complaint just wasting my time.

I am writing the issue related to the Sacm running by Axis Bank in the name of CIBIL masking charge and want to complain for this.

I had axis Bank credit long back, due to financial crisis I defaulted of outstanding amount Rs 92167/- and same has been reported by Axis Bank to CIBIl as wilful default.

Subsequently I paid entire outstanding amount by Rs 92167/-on date 26/06/2021 at Cust id[protected] after confirmation...

I wish to merge savings account id and home loan id to operate mobile app for both

my both ids opened separately. henceforth, wish to merge to access both account in app....

I requested to close my current account since April 2023 . I done all formalities. But now it’s october month going on. Staff is doing nothing . I am dissatisfied with axis bank staff morinda....

Unauthorized transactions under the name
Tips/SCG/NON MCC have been executed.
I need a refund of all the transactions immediately.
My account is a Zero balance, Salary account.
In so many years of transactions, this has happened for the first time.
Please look into it and do the needful....

There has been automated transaction from my account of amount 1022.85 rupees. In the name of TIPS SCG. No prior information was given to me nor my permission was asked for transaction. This is not small amount. I want proper explanation with my refund....

Last month(September 2023)Axis Bank debited money from my amount stating "sf failure loan repayment charges" eventhough money has been debited on the same day.
When I questioned them i was informed when Axis Bank was trying to debit money at the time there was no sufficient funds so bounce charges has been debited.

But the complete EMI amount has been debited on the same day.(September 10 around 10 am) They...

On 29th of September 18899/- has been deducted from my savings account for the sake of one assist service without my permission. Even I did not get a call before deduction of the money.So my question is who gave the permission to Axis Bank to deduct such a huge amount of money from my account without my consent? I need my money back... otherwise I will close all my cards and account of Axis Bank....

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 260923. I asked at the bank they say I used my debit card more then 4 times for refuelling in a month so you are been charged this amount, this isint the first time i am using it, i have been using this past many years and this is happening for the first time..

And secondly I never applied for credit...

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, don't know why..it is mentioned in the statement

I had an UTI Bank Credit Card ([protected]) in year 2007. UTI Bank later became Axis Bank. Due to unprecedented circumstances, dues of this credit card was not paid. I had FK Axis Card. I applied it at launch (FYF). In an year I realized, it didn't even use it much. Primarily, I'm more comfortable using Amazon,
Why because dear flipkart you avoided free delivery from flipkart plus members so closed if I buy something from FK (during sales) most card like SBI/ICICI/HDFC have discount. As, I wasn't using it much, so closed it (requested them for LTF, but they denied), but still shows as active card...
