I am writing the issue related to the Sacm running by Axis Bank in the name of CIBIL masking charge and want to complain for this.

I had axis Bank credit long back, due to financial crisis I defaulted of outstanding amount Rs 92167/- and same has been reported by Axis Bank to CIBIl as wilful default.

Subsequently I paid entire outstanding amount by Rs 92167/-on date 26/06/2021 at Cust id[protected] after confirmation...

Unauthorized transactions under the name
Tips/SCG/NON MCC have been executed.
I need a refund of all the transactions immediately.
My account is a Zero balance, Salary account.
In so many years of transactions, this has happened for the first time.
Please look into it and do the needful....

I give him two hundred rupees for form fill up then I give fifteen hundred seventy rupees for the confirmation letter
Then they ask for 7000 rupees to join, i didn't agree with them then I ask for my money back
They are not giving my money now...

Your team just called and they didn't explain anything about One Assist Service charges. Simply they debit 2599 from my account.plz refund the amount and cancel the plan as well....

Axis bank is debiting an hefty amount in the name of " tips/scg/ non mcc " regularly whenever i am booking rly tickets through irctc by using axis bank debit card. Before debiting, they are not taking approval from my side.
These charges are in addition to charges they are charging while booking the rly tickets by using debit card / internet.

Like to have a suitable and justifiable reply from axis bank towards these...

Dear Sir,
It is intimated that I am getting daily spam mails from Axis Bank through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie regarding their credit cards etc. These mails number 8-10 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. I fail to understand how a Company of this stature can use tricks and violates the privacy of citizens. It is even more shameful because there is no action has been taken by this company...

I am being charged lien in my salary account with axis bank more than 2 lakh 15 Thousand rupees. Currently my account in mins -2, 18.000. I get my salary if 58, 000. So i am going to get nothing in my hand to spend and cant go for job and no money for food and water. You have deducted INR 9425 from my account without any prior intimation/notice. Looking at this thread it says it is related to credit card payment ... if there is any late payment fee that would be between 500-1000 ... is this correct? To be debited that huge amount without any prior information

This is officialy looting money?

On 10th April 2023 around 8:00 AM, I received a call from Axis Bank regarding bounced EMI, he asked me to check whether I have received re-run ECS sms, it was not there, he asked to pay through PhonePe and guided to pay from PhonePe options. I paid EMI including emi bounce charges.

I asked to CSR that will it re-run ECS again, he said no as emi+bounce charges are already paid. Same day at 5 PM I received sms regarding re-run...

I Received SMS from AXIS BANK that RS-1399/- has been deducted from my debit card for ONE ASSIST SERVICES without my permission. I didnt get any mail from one assist ever regarding any service nor have i added my bank details there. This type o[censored]se of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

Please deactivate my service or whatsoever and refund my money ASAP

I used Axis bank debit card at Navi Mumbai petrol pump for filling petrol in car on[protected] and after 2 days I got message that Rs 23 deducted towards ptl/scg.visa.pos.

Why this charges are getting deducted for using debit card at petrol pump?
Are you advocating to not to use debit card at Petrol pump? There was no communication or information send to me that such charges will be deducted...
