Dear Sir, My self pankaj kumar i am your bank custumer we have also use current account in axis bank. Sir 4/6/2016 i am going to deposit money at your cash electronic machine. i send 90000/- thousand rs to my mother admit kailash health care limited .this money for opration. Firstly i diposit 31500 machine get 31000 and one note 500 get back then opsion add on money i click this and 21000/- submitt again but unfatunatly electercity gone and electronics machine off my payment 52000/- in machine but not credit or get back. this money use my mother opration due to not credit amount hospital sift my mother ICU to Genral ward.today is 6 june but i have nothing get my mone. in futher any kind of problem in cash of my mother treatment then bank is liyble for this.. i request you kindle refund my amount or credit my account..so i continuee treat my mother.. in cash no sulution i get from your side then i go legally...i am very tension last two days.
