Axis Bank — About not give proper reply and not taking action against complaint | |||||
Sir I am using two card of your bank my complaint about card 5859 I pay the bill amount before 3 or 4 day before bill date after calling your constumer care but ur again atuo cut from my account I complaint in your customer care about my payment aprox 19000 you return aprox 13000 and you return aprox 6000 I again complaint about that you customer said that they return in 5 days but they did return so I blocked both cards. Sir please send my call recording which you are recorded for quality test I want to see that how much your maintaining your quality? And tell that what again your taking against my complaints.
