Axis Bank — account balance in cut out in account in axis bank

dear sir, so I am customer axis bank 12/07/2004 but axis bank (bokaro steel city, jharkhand) sir so axis bank an used amount cut 500 / 4th time and axis bank refund amount one time axis bank member and branch manger people are told you cut amount in mim balance are cut it i am OK .. but my amount i min balance in account but axis bank same problem that cut it amount 510 in 19/01/2015 so not refunding amount or axis bank member are told it bank my main branch in not working and error network so in let it refunding so my 1st question is axis bank error in worked in customer cut amount an no inform to me(way in sms and letter) please help me gives me detail account so.
